Conference purpose
- Focus attention on minority land and community security issues in North America – the United States, Mexico
and Canada
- Offer a specific and targeted learning opportunity for anyone interested in minority land and community security
- Provide a forum for network development and coalition formation
Who should attend?
Public policy makers at all levels (national, tribal, state, local), practitioners, grassroots activists, students, and academics will find topics of interest.
Some cosponsoring groups
are scheduling their annual meetings or board of directors' meetings in conjunction with Who Owns America?-III, and all members are welcome to attend the entire conference.

| Registration fee, lodging, travel. Registration fee: $150 early/$175 late includes scheduled meals/breaks and materials. Individuals are responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses. Meetings will take place at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Memorial Union, 800 Langdon St., Madison, WI. Campus lodging is available for $50/single or $35/shared double (includes breakfast) in a nearby dormitory, or at several hotels ($72 and up, single).
