This directory lists individuals who were participating in the
BASIS CRSP as of September 30, 2001. Names and institutional affiliations
are given, but contact information has been removed, since it is not possible
to keep that information up to date. The most recent available contact
information for BASIS 1996-2001 can be found in Appendix D (pages 117-132)
of the Fifth Annual Report, http://www.ies.wisc.edu/ltc/live/basann02.pdf.
Some of these researchers continued to work with BASIS during the second
